Legal notes
Permito is technical consent infrastructure. It is not legal advice, and using it does not make a website compliant with the GDPR, the ePrivacy rules, the Swiss revDSG or any other law.
You decide
- which categories and services exist and whether a service needs consent (
requiresConsent), - which texts visitors see (the built-in texts are neutral defaults, not legally reviewed),
- whether and how long decisions are stored, and whether you need proof of consent,
- which mode applies in which region.
Permito does
- not pre-select optional categories (unless you configure opt-out),
- show “Accept all” and “Reject all” with equal weight,
- keep gated code from loading before consent,
- store no personal data in the decision,
- make no network requests.
Please have your configuration and texts reviewed by a qualified person.
